Andrea M. Epting is a licensed Psychotherapist, and Master's Addiction Counselor who has been practicing in the field since 2010. She is the Founder & Content Creator for Lightning in a Bottle - her most recent "passion project". Here she hosts the Direct Impact Podcast and launches evergreen & live digital courses. While she isn't providing any individual coaching she is the leader of our WiseMind Community. In

Meet Garrett!
Garrett has a Master of Arts (MA) in clinical mental health counseling and serves clients locally in her hometown of Savannah, Ga and offers coaching nationwide. Valuing the importance and impact that nutrition and lifestyle have on overall mental health, Garrett is currently pursuing certification as an Integrative Holistic Health practitioner.​
Garrett specializes in guiding clients toward establishing and maintaining balanced mental wellness with the use of empowerment, sober coping skills and mindfulness tools.
Garrett acknowledges the complexities of life and strives to help clients recognize their given strengths while confidently navigating the journey.

Mary is an associate licensed professional counselor and currently provides psychotherapy locally in Savannah, Ga while also offering coaching services nationwide. She values the importance of understanding one's self better and embracing one's narrative or story.
