Routines - AM and PM routines: healthy practices - doesn’t need to take more than 15-20 minutes so it’s maintainable. Andrea’s routine(does not mean its the right one for you!): devotional and prayer time, making the bed, vitamin ritual, read, drink water, listen to a podcast, etc…
Daily practices - journaling to review days, weeks, months, quarters and years, journaling prompts: what did I accomplish today, what do I need from tomorrow, what is my affirmation?
Hangups - undesirable, unwanted, unhealthy routines and practices: addictions; alcohol consumption
Call to action:
Take an inventory of daily routine: morning and evening - what can you change? What are some healthy alternatives you can implement?
