Hello Direct Impact Nation! Today we will be meeting Margaret Locovozzi to discuss some of the wonderful benefits of incorporating the practice of yoga into our lives. Yoga helps to bring our energy and attention to the moment, out of our thoughts, and back into our bodies through focusing on our breath. We are reminded that yoga, much like recovery, is a way of life and that our practices will forever be evolving. In this episode, we will talk about the meanings of mindfulness, being present, and being human.
