Join Andrea as she guides us in today’s meditation. Today, we are focusing on tension. Take a moment to focus on yourself by creating a safe and quiet space where you can host stillness. As you begin to take deep breaths, get grounded. Continue to focus on your body by noticing any sensations. Notice where your tension is held from the top of your head down to your toes and slow relax each muscle and area of your body. Take this time for you and release all your tension.
